Dieting …. most of us have been on a “diet” to lose weight to look better for a wedding, vacation or another life event. You stick to a rigid plan knowing there is an end and then you can go back to your favourite foods. Deprivation is short term and then you can get back to living right? Wrong – once you go back to your old habits the weight will creep back on and you’ll feel miserable and eventually try another “diet” because the last one clearly didn’t work! This cycle repeats itself over and over again and it’s time to get off that merry-go-round and enjoy life!
